Our policy reflects the policies of many boutiques
throughout the United States. All merchandise sales
are final. We do not accept returns for any reason
other than damaged or defective merchandise, and do
not issue refunds to credit cards for any reason. If
you receive damaged or defective merchandise, it
will be replaced for the exact same item.
The only time an item is accepted for exchange
is if the item is defective. Be sure to check your
items carefully for lose or missing stones right
away You have within 14 days of receiving your
order to return to have fixed, or exchanged for the
same thing.
Shipping fees are not covered
on returned items. When sending back your item(s),
please send a cashier's check or money order in the
amount of $8.00 or conveniently pay online using
Paypal,
so that your item(s) may be shipped back to you.
